Isaiah 53:5

“But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.”

The word healed in this verse is the Hebrew word “Rapha” which means to mend, to cure, to heal, repair thoroughly, to make whole, physician.

Jesus’ physical body was violently tortured for our sins, our peace and the healing of our physical bodies.

If you are experiencing any ailments in your body today, declare the Word of God over yourself. Declaring the Word is simply speaking out loud God’s Word, His plans, His purposes and His Truth. Put your faith into action and stand on His Word!

Proverbs 4:20-22

“My son, give attention to my words;
Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.”
